Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• This offer is valid only for end-users who purchase eligible promotional packs distributed by Saint-Gobain (with a valid voucher code).
• The voucher code must be unexpired and used within the specified redemption period.

2. Redemption Process

• Visit the official redemption portal and select your customer type (Fabricator / Applicator / Contractor / Painter-Mason).
• Enter the voucher code exactly as printed on the pack.
• Provide a valid mobile number and a valid UPI ID (format: name@bank).
• Accept these Terms & Conditions and submit the form.
• Once submitted, redemption details cannot be changed or edited.

3. Cashback / Reward Crediting

• The cashback / reward amount will be credited to the UPI ID provided by the user.
• The user is solely responsible for entering a correct and active UPI ID.
• Saint-Gobain will not be responsible for failed credits due to an incorrect, inactive or blocked UPI ID.
• Rewards will be processed within the timeframe mentioned on the portal or within a reasonable processing period.

4. Exclusions & Restrictions

• This offer is valid only on select SKUs / promotional packs designated by Saint-Gobain.
• The voucher cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
• The voucher is non-transferable, non-assignable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
• Any form of misuse, duplication, tampering, resale or fraudulent use of the voucher will result in disqualification.

5. Modification or Cancellation of Offer

• Saint-Gobain reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the offer and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Valid redemptions made before any change will be honoured as per the applicable terms at the time of submission.

6. Fraud Prevention & Verification

• Saint-Gobain reserves the right to verify user information and the authenticity of the voucher code.
• Users may be asked to provide supporting proof such as a purchase invoice or pack image.
• Suspected fraudulent or duplicate claims may be rejected without notice.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• Saint-Gobain shall not be liable for losses arising due to incorrect information submitted by the user.
• Technical issues at the user’s end or third-party processing delays (bank/UPI) are beyond our control.
• This promotion does not impact the quality, warranty or performance of any Saint-Gobain product.

8. Acceptance of Terms

• By submitting the redemption form, the user confirms acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated above.
• Any disputes will be subject to Indian law and the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
